Open to those age 18 and older who are a US citizen or legal resident; Must not belong to an HMO or a PPO, nor have private insurance nor benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs; Must not have ben seen by an ophthalmologist in three or more years; Must not have been seen by an EyeCare America volunteer ophthalmologist in the past
