Early Intervention for Children With Disabilities/Delays | LAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT - Child and Family Connections
Provides families with children under age 3 with suspected developmental delays service coordination of early intervention services including evaluations, connecting eligible families to therapies, community resources and transition. Services include: - Developmental screening for evaluation - Developmental assessment for case management - Speech therapy - Developmental therapy - Physical therapy - Occupational therapy - Assistive technology devices Services are tailored to each child's needs based on the level of delay experienced by the child.
