Eligibility

Open to women in Illinois that do not have health insurance, or have a high deductible or insurance doesn’t cover for diagnostic services, is between the age of 40 and 64 for mammograms and breast exams and between 21 and 64 for pelvic exams and Pap tests, and has a limited income (but not on Medicaid)

Provides pap smears, as well as clinical exams of the breast and pelvis. Referral for mammogram and case management services are available to ensure that women with identified problems follow through with the recommended diagnostic procedures and treatment if necessary. The program is designed to provide education to all women for early detection and treatment of breast and cervical cancer.
