Adult Protective Services | Aging Best

Helps residents in long-term care facilities maintain or improve their quality of life by helping ensure their rights are not violated. We act as advocates or intermediary when taking residences' concerns to facility managers for resolution. Ombudsmen can also assist families with concerns, interpret regulations, provide guidance, and assist with in-service trainings for staff. Can also meet with residents on site at nursing homes.
