National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) offers ESL courses designed to address the English as a Second Language and Citizenship needs of Latinos residing in and around Chicago's South Side neighborhoods. English as a Second Language (ESL) are individual classes that provide instruction for students whose primary language is other than English.Citizenship classes are offered to help students acquire the basic knowledge in the Constitution and U.S. History necessary to satisfy citizenship requirements. All courses may be repeated.
