Women's Health program includes Women's Health Clinics, WIC (Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program), Family Planning services, Case Management of Baby and Mother, and a Breast Cancer support group. Women's Health Clinics services include: - Physical exams - Clinical breast exams. - Mammograms. - Pelvic exams. - Pap tests. Family Planning Services include: - Annual wellness exams. - Contraceptives. - Pregnancy testing. Case Management for Baby and Mother services include: - Education and referral program for pregnant women, infants and children under 2 years of age. - Nurse visit to home of newborns.
