Provides a variety of services to the public. Services include the following
- Ask a Lawyer Day, a free phone consultation with a volunteer attorney.
- Kane County Law Library and Self Help Legal Center where Attorneys provide volunteer consultation services, including divorce and family law help.
- Lawyer and legal agency referral services.
- Lawyer in the Lobby program at the 3rd Street Courthouse every Friday for civil matters such as landlord/tenant disputes, eviction cases, foreclosures, name changes, small claims, estates/wills, and guardianships.
