Assistance to veterans and their families in obtaining forms for claims to State and Federal Agencies, such as: - U.S. and Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs - Social Security Administration - Department of Human Services - Others to secure the benefits and services to which they are entitled. - Also helps Veterans obtain DD214's. - Military medical records. - Other service-related documents. - Provide van rides to the Peoria VA Clinic for appointments for health care. - Provide short-term, emergency financial assistance for rent and utility bills. - Food Pantry by appointment.
