Open to individuals who meet the following qualifications: Must be a resident of Champaign County; Must meet income requirements; Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA (high school students) or 2.0 cumulative GPA (post-secondary students) out of a possible 4.0 scale; Must be enrolled in a post-secondary school in Illinois; Must be enrolled as a full-time student (12 or more credit hours per semester); Must have not yet completed a bachelor's degree
