- Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 10:30am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm - No walk-in immunizations are given during the morning of the first Friday of the month or during the afternoon of the last business day of the month

Eligibility
- Ages 5-12 years - Please note that if the child is not a patient with one of the pediatricians at the Health Center, childhood immunizations will require a signed note from a pediatrician or school nurse stating what vaccinations are needed, the Health Center will not be able to assist with immunizations without this document, the only exceptions to this policy are vaccinations for Hepatitis A
