(1) Call the toll-free number, or send an email to [email protected], or fax request to 312-800-0912, or send you request by mail. (2) A staff member will respond within 3 business days. (3) Intake Specialist who will respond to request for assistance will ask some basic questions to collect required information. (4) Legal team will review the collected the information and decide if the case has merit, and will then proceed with the type of help to be provided.
