Center for Changing Lives (CCL) offers general employment coaching to support individuals as they name and meet career goals. The Employment Coaching team offers 1:1 coaching and group workshops to ensure participants have access to the resources needed to thrive in the career they want or to advance in the job they already have. Examples of support include: practice interviews, learning new digital skills, increasing soft skills employers are looking for, and more.
