Their experienced team of professionals, led by a board-certified adult psychiatrist and a highly trained psychologist, will help reduce symptoms and provide the tools to succeed for children, teens, and adults. Their evidence-based therapy for these services includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); behavioral activation(BA); dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills; medication management; and individual, group, and family sessions.
