Eligibility
Eligible patients must be enrolled members of a U.S. federally recognized tribe and possess a tribal ID or Certificate of Indian Blood. Prescriptions must be filled at one of AIHSC's registered Walgreens 340B pharmacies. The patient must have active health records with AIHSC.
