Complete the confidential online form, and &Rise staff will contact you within 2-3 days to get you started on your healing journey.

And Rise Women Inc. licensed counselors help you manage general issues such as anxiety and depression. They also specialize in mindfulness and holistic practices. All sessions will occur virtually via a secure online portal. Some counselors are also trauma-informed.
