- Crisis Center: Crisis stabilization and residential treatment services to persons exhibiting symptoms of acute mental illness or extreme stress reactions and are at risk of hospitalization. - Psychiatric Response Team (PRT): Crisis services for individuals of all ages who present in local emergency departments with suspected psychiatric issues. Provides face-to-face crisis assessments in the ER to determine the level of care needed at that time.

24/7. However, staff is limited at the Crisis Center, and their priority is patients currently in the crisis residential unit. If staff do not answer the phone and someone is in imminent crisis, they should go to the Emergency Department.
