Offers family literacy program to provide families with the tools and knowledge needed to help children develop pre-reading and reading skills. Services include:
- Monthly book distributions
- Monthly family literacy packets
- Opportunity to participate in Lending Library for additional access to children's book
- Opportunity to earn additional books, school supplies, and craft supplies
