Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC) provides HIV/AIDS services through educational seminars, testing, public outreach, and prevention interventions for youths ages 18-24. PRCC is primarily invested in LGBTQ issues, HIV prevention, HIV/STD testing and counseling, and outreach services to high-risk individuals.
