The Fellowship Initiative
The Fellowship Initiative, in partnership with JP Morgan Chase, is building a diverse community of young men of color from across Chicago who possess a broad range of skills and experiences. This 3-year leadership development program is designed to support rising High School sophomores in earning their degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.

Youth Guidance provides trained staff that works directly with schools, parents, and families to meet kids where they are-physically within schools, socially, and emotionally-and help them break cycles of violence, overcome life and academic obstacles, make positive choices, and remain on the right path towards life success. Youth Guidance is offered at schools across Chicago.
