The State's Attorney office has county-wide jurisdiction to prosecute various criminal offenses of adults and juveniles. The Criminal Division of the Winnebago County State's Attorneys Office includes the Intake & Screening process as well as Felony and Misdemeanor prosecution including Domestic Violence, Driving Under the Influence, Crimes Against Children, Narcotics, Traffic Offenses, Juvenile, and Financial Crime.
