Homelessness Prevention Contact Center - All Chicago Making Homelessness History
The 211 Metro Chicago Homelessness Prevention Call Center (HPCC) connects individuals to one-time financial assistance related to rent, mortgages, or security deposits. United Way of Metro Chicago operates the 211 Metro Chicago HPCC in collaboration with local agencies to screen callers experiencing a short-term, one-time crisis to determine if state homelessness funds are available to them. If callers are not eligible for a referral, they are referred to 211 Metro Chicago for other community resources.
