Description

Illinois Department of Human Services' Victims of Trafficking, Torture or Other Serious Crimes (VTTC) program provides state-funded medical assistance to non-citizen victims of trafficking, torture or other serious crimes and their derivative family members when not otherwise eligible for federally funded medical benefits if they have applied or intend to apply for "T" Non-immigrant status, "U" Non-immigrant status, or Asylum Status "AS".
