Provides coordinated services and supports to enhance the lives of older adults and person with disabilities through programming, education, funding and advocacy. Services include Area Agencies on Aging, Planning/Coordinating/Advisory Groups, Specialized Information and Referral, Certified Application Counselor Programs.
