Open to those who meet these guidelines:
  • Need: Current housing is inadequate, overcrowded, transitional, government subsidized, or unaffordable
  • Ability to Pay: Meets income guidelines based on family size; Housing payment cannot exceed 30% of gross income; See website for complete details
  • Willingness to Partner: Must provide "sweat equity" hours
  • Some additional requirements (such as background check) may apply - contact for more information
Critical Home Repair: Clients must additionally be seniors, disabled, or have difficult family circumstances and are struggling to maintain their homes
