Centers' For New Horizons Youth Development (YD) department takes a holistic approach to the development of at-risk youth by increasing their exposure to supportive and empowering environments that will lead to academic success, develop their strengths, and build positive attitudes. Services include youth mentoring, after school programming, and youth employment opportunities.
