- Job Assessment: A job coach helps identify skills and build a resume. - Job Development: Potential employers are found and a coach helps prepare the job seeker for the application process. - Job Coaching: Provides lasting support in learning job skills, securing accommodations, developing relationships, problem-solving, and more. - Long-Term Support: After 90 days, KCCDD staff will continue to serve as a liaison for the individual and the employer to ensure continued success.
