Eligibility
Children must meet the following criteria at the time of referral: - Must be older than 2 1/2 and younger than 18. - Must live in Illinois. - Diagnosed with a critical illness (i.e., a progressive, degenerative, of malignant condition that is placing the child's life in jeopardy. The child's treating physician makes the final determination of whether a child's medical condition qualifies him or her for a wish. - Must have not received a wish from another wish-granting organization.
