Provides temporary and/or periodic relief for a caregiver of an impaired person. The program is designed to assist caregivers in the home and allow the client to remain in his/her home for an extended period of time. Short-term nursing facility stays are also available. The program is funded through the East Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging. Services include: - Household help. - Companion. - Temporary nursing home stay. - Adult day care. - Home health care.
