Description
Weekly summer playgroup pop-ups with bilingual teachers in nine (six in Elgin and three in Hanover Park/Streamwood area) outdoor play areas. Children receive lunch, new books, early learning materials, support from community partners and check out library books from the daily stops of the bookmobile.
