Open to non-legal citizens ages 18-20 without a valid license, who have permission to stay in the US, must have been living in the state of Illinois for a year

Required documents

Must provide documentation verifying authorization of stay, any documentation that proves name, date of birth, Illinois residency, and verification of written signature, proof of successful completion of a 6-hour adult driver education and training course, complete a vision screening and written/road tests
