-- Applicant must be a US Citizen and a high school senior
-- Applicant must participate as a camper at the bereavement camp to be eligible for the scholarship
-- Applicant must be a student who has been accepted and will be attending an accredited vocational, technical school, college or university
-- Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA or better
-- Completed application
-- Essay about personal tragedy and picture of deceased parent
-- Color copy of license or state ID
-- Copy of acceptance letter to an accredited vocational, technical school, college or university applicant will be attending
-- Official high school or college transcript (official transcript with seal)
-- Copy of birth certificate
-- Proof of U.S. residency
-- At least two letters of recommendation (cannot be a family member)
