Provides outreach, information, and assistance, connecting seniors to benefits and services to help them maintain their independence in the community. Assists seniors in becoming aware of the many government programs they are potentially eligible for and may provide assistance in applying for those benefits, such as Medicaid, Medicare, Food Stamps, etc.
