WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM | BCMW COMMUNITY SERVICES
Provides weatherization services to low income households, which helps conserve fuel and reduce energy costs by making homes and apartments more energy efficient. Also provides many health and safety upgrades.
Services vary, but may include insulation installation, HVAC repair or replacement, electric base load reduction (lighting and refrigerator replacement), and air sealing.
Maximum $16,000 for energy-related weatherization and repair work (per client's home). Maximum $3,500 for health and safety-related measures.

Eligibility
Open to owner-occupied properties or renters whose landlord accepts the terms of the program, must be a resident of Bond, Clinton, Marion or Washington Counties and meet income guidelines, or household has an occupant who receives SSI, LIHEAP, or TANF grant
