The Night Ministry's Youth Housing Services provides interim, transitional, and long-term housing solutions that include life skills coaching to youth and young adults (ages 14-24). At the Pathways Transitional Living Program, young adults build independent living skills with up to two years of supportive housing. The program offers both a congregative living setting and housing in apartments located in the community. The Flexible Housing Pool for Youth (ages 18-25) provides subsidies for market-rate rental apartments, along with case management services, to help stabilize young adults who have experienced homelessness in the community. The program is a partnership between The Night Ministry, the Center for Housing and Health, and other area nonprofits.
