Women, Infants & Children

Women, infants, and Children (WIC) is a food supplemental and nutrition education program for pregnant women, new mothers, and young children to promote healthy eating. Low- and middle-income families may be eligible if they meet the income requirements. WIC also provides food coupons that are good for healthy foods.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for this program, households must meet income guidelines and also be at nutritional risk as determined by a health professional. Household gross income can not exceed 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) per month. Households receiving other Federal Benefits programs may be automatically eligible.
