CEDA's Home Weatherization program makes homes and buildings more energy efficient, safer, and more comfortable and lowers energy bills in the long run. The program seals drafty areas, provides insulation, repairs or replaces heating systems, and enhances indoor air quality and ventilation.

Single-family and multi-family homes. The home needs to meet minimum structural requirements. If you receive SSI or an approved LIHEAP benefit you automatically income qualify.
