Heartland Human Care Services' (HHCS) Manuel Saura Center provides pre-trial residential care and comprehensive case management services for justice-involved youth between the ages of 10 to 17 in accord with the goals established for the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative (JDAI) project by the Probation and Court Services.
