An accessible gym that offers more than 40 pieces of accessible exercise equipment. Expert staff of physical and occupational therapists are available to assist individuals with disabilities as they exercise, continue their post-rehabilitation training and participant in other recreational activities. Members of the center may also be able to receive chiropractic services through a partnership with Logan University. Also, members may be able to receives services such as assistance in evaluating seating and mobility needs and/or exploring unique challenges of being a parent with disabilities through a partnership with Washington University. Paraquad also offers fitness programs designed for older adults and is a certified SilverSneakers program.
