IMMIGRATION PROGRAM | CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF ROCKFORD
Provides immigration legal assistance to the indigent and to low-income immigrants. Assists some US citizens who need immigration counseling and help with the preparation of a variety of petitions including applications for citizenship. Some services available are: - Provides consultation about immigration legal matters. - Provides referrals to immigration attorneys and other organizations in cases out of the scope of these services. - Assists in the preparation of family petitions, legal residency (Green cards) and immigration visas. - Assists in the preparation of applications for temporary benefits like DACA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Parole in- Place and the employment authorizations associated with those benefits.
