Youth Job Center (YJC) has partnered with Old Navy on the This Way ONward program, a paid 8-week internship program targeting teens and young adults facing barriers to employment. Interns receive personalized employment training and are placed in paid internships at Old Navy stores throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
