Provides employment support services, including: assessment of skills, job readiness assessment, skills building, application, resumes, interviewing skills, life skills training, job development, job coaching on or off the job site, education on benefits information, and job keeping skills and long-term follow along support. Employment coaches work with individuals one-on-one to help determine strengths and weaknesses, address special needs and situation, and meet education and employment goals.
