Focused on improving the quality of children and families lives with a focus on insuring the accessibility, affordability, and quality of child care and early education in the southern fifteen counties in Illinois. Services include: - Information to families on resources and programs in the region. - Referrals to families for child care and early learning programs. - Financial assistance with child care costs to eligible families. - Resources & support for child care and early education programs. - Training, education, and professional development assistance to professionals and programs designed to promote continuous quality improvement. - Enhanced referral service contract for employers. - Facilitation of community collaborations and community-based early childhood system building.
