Call during business hours to complete an assessment over the phone, with the Coordinated Entry System, those seeking support can call the crisis line 24/7

Eligibility

Participants must be living in a shelter, on the streets, or fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking, must create and follow an individual case plan, meet a caseworker for in-home visits to work on identifying needs and barriers to maintaining permanent housing including budgeting and life skill development and work toward self-sufficiency
