VETERANS PROJECT | THRESHOLDS
These programs for veterans include homeless outreach, housing services, supported employment, peer-driven supports, substance use treatment, integrated physical and mental health services, and trauma-based therapies. Other veterans programs: Women Veterans Health Initiative- provides a women-only one-stop shop for rapid housing placement, employment and education services, benefits linkage, trauma therapies, substance use treatments, child care resources, primary care, and psychiatry. Supportive Services for Veteran Families- serves veteran families who are homeless or at risk for imminent homelessness and have very low income (less than 50% area median income). Offers a myriad of services including linkage to VA and public benefits, case management, budgeting assistance, intensive housing location, drug & alcohol counseling, mental health/therapeutic services, and employment assistance.
