Cooking Classes | ROBERTI COMMUNITY HOUSE - Culinary Pathway

Offers a nine week culinary training course to teach students the skills needed to enter the foodservice workforce. Provides training on food preparation, sanitation, communication skills, and proper use of equipment. Students will receive the ANSI accredited Food Handler Certification at the end of the course. Provides struggling individuals who live in the community with the skills needed to enter the foodservice workforce through hands-on culinary training which includes: - Food preparation - Sanitation - Scaling recipes - Labeling - Juicing, - Packaging - Kitchen communication skills - Proper use of equipment
