4-H | UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS EXTENSION - JO DAVIESS, STEPHENSON, WINNEBAGO COUNTIES

Provides 4-H programming for youth. Youth learn about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. The 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction. Community Clubs, led by trained adult volunteers, are active throughout each county and welcome new members at any time of the year.
