Bloom Township offers Gutter Cleaning Assistance. Gutters will be cleaned 1 time before Winter. Applicants must be age 60 or older, property owner or primary lessee of a single-family home 1 or 2 stories. Vouchers will be on sale at the Bloom Township Center, the cost for the vouchers is $20 for 1 story home and $30 for 2-story/tri-level homes.
