(1) Parent must call to have an initial free intake (2) An in-person or virtual/online meeting with the client's parent may be scheduled (3) A nominal fee is required to be paid before the meeting, which can be waived based on client or client's family's ability to pay.

Resident of Illinois; Must be 20 years of age or older; Must be diagnosed with an intellectual disability.
