- Livingston County residents who call the Illinois Tobacco Quitline can receive tobacco cessation counseling and nicotine replacement products if eligible. - Callers talk to a Quitline counselor, who will review the caller's tobacco use and help them determine if the program is right for them. - Courage to Quit classes.

Eligibility

Any Illinois resident can call the Illinois Tobacco Quitline for cessation counseling. The nicotine replacement products are for Livingston County residents who do not have Public Aid or private insurance that covers the cost of nicotine patches.
