Eligibility

- Homeowners who owned and lived in their Missouri residence for the entire calendar year - Individual or their spouse age 55 years and older - Individual or their spouse under age 55 years and 100% disabled - Individual age 55-64 years and received surviving spouse social security benefits - Gross annual income includes Social Security (SSA 1099) or Railroad Retirement, Wages (W-2's), Dividends, Interest and Pensions (1099s)
